Andrzej has been an Attorney-at-law since 2009. Before founding True Nort Legal, he worked as the manager of Deloitte Legal, where he was responsible for establishing and developing the Szczecin office of the firm. He also served as the head of the legal department at BLStream S.A. (now intive).
During his career, Andrzej has led mergers and acquisitions valued at several tens of millions of zlotys. He has managed cross-border merger operations and has conducted research and acquisition of significant entities in the software development, catering, manufacturing, and transport services markets.
He specializes in new technology law, copyright law, commercial law, and employment law. Andrzej is the author of more than a dozen articles that have been published in various outlets, including Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, Zeszyty Naukowe UJ, Radca Prawna, and Magazyn Jurysta.
He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and is a co-founder of the Polish Maritime Law Association and the LegIT Association. Additionally.
