Grzegorz has been a legal advisor since 2009. He graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and studied at the University of Bamberg under the Erasmus program. Since 2024, he has been working with True Nort Legal.
During his apprenticeship, Grzegorz gained experience at leading law firms in Szczecin, providing services primarily to entrepreneurs, particularly those with foreign capital. Due to his strong command of the German language, he focused on advising entities from German-speaking countries. Additionally, he offered ongoing legal services to Polish companies in the renewable energy, manufacturing, and construction sectors, as well as to public entities.
For over 10 years, he has provided legal services to one of the largest producers of plastic packaging for the food and cosmetics industry. His practice centers around negotiating international commercial contracts and supporting clients in various cross-border transactions, collaborating with local lawyers and tax advisors as needed. He has also comprehensively assisted a Szczecin-based technology company on employment law issues. While he is an effective litigator, he prefers resolving disputes out of court.
Grzegorz specializes in corporate law, data protection, international contracts and disputes, as well as labor law. He is fluent in both German and English.
