its business activity.
• We are the Controller of your personal data and process it in accordance with the provisions of
REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
(Official Journal of the EU L2016, No. 119, p.1) [hereinafter: GDPR].
• Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person
[hereinafter: Data].

Source of personal data
In most cases, we received your data from you
If the data has not been provided to us by you, its source is the entity of which you are a
representative/employee/co-worker or has been obtained by us from publicly available sources. In
such cases, we process personal data in terms of your contact details: name, surname, telephone
number, email address, the organisation you are a representative of and your function within it
(these are the so-called "categories of relevant personal data").
Basis for data processing
The processing of your personal data will take place:
• for the performance of the contract concluded with you or to take pre-contractual action at your
request, on the basis of: article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• in order to perform contracts with an entity of which you are a representative/employee/co-worker
or to take steps prior to the conclusion of such contracts, on the basis of: article 6(1)(f) of the
GDPR, which will realise our legitimate interest in performing the said contracts and carrying out
our business;
• to present commercial information about us or our activities, on the basis of: article 6(1)(a) of
the GDPR;
• for non-electronic promotional and marketing activities, in particular: to inform you about us and
our activities and to answer your questions, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which will pursue
our legitimate interest in developing and conducting our business, informing you about us and our
activities and advertising them;
• for the purpose of: communicating with observers of our profile on the LinkedIn platform and
answering questions, on the basis of: article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
• to ensure the proper functioning of our website on the basis of: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
which will pursue our legitimate interest in developing and conducting our business, informing you
about us and our activities
• for the purpose of communicating with users of our website and answering questions, on the basis
of: article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
• in order to ensure the safety of our employees or the protection of our property or the control of
our production or to maintain the secrecy of information the disclosure of which could expose us to
harm, we carry out monitoring of designated (and appropriately marked) parts of our premises,
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which will pursue our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of our
employees, the protection of our property, the control of our production and the secrecy of our
information;
• in order to protect our legitimate interest in the form of: establishing, investigating and
defending against claims, on the basis of: article 6(1)(f) ROD;
• in connection with the communication you have initiated, for this purpose we will use the contact
details you have provided in order to support the conversation, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of
the GDPR, which will pursue our legitimate interest to contact you and answer your questions;
You are not obliged to provide us with the Data, but without it we will not be able to fulfill the
above-mentioned purposes, in particular, to perform the contracts that bind us to you or to the
entity of which you are a representative/employee/co-worker.
How long do we keep your data?
• Your Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored for the duration of the consent.
• Your Data processed on grounds other than consent will be retained for the duration of the
cooperation and, after its termination, for the period of the statute of limitations for claims
relating to that cooperation or the period necessary to comply with the obligations imposed on us by
generally applicable law.
• With regard to the data used for correspondence initiated by you, until it is completed or when
you request it.
To whom we disclose your data?
Your personal data may be disclosed to: a) to entities authorised by law to the extent necessary to
comply with our obligation to communicate the data, b) to entities authorised under contracts
concluded by us to the extent necessary to comply with said contracts, in particular: i) entities
providing financial and accounting services, ii) banks and financial institutions, iii) entities
providing legal assistance to us.
Your personal data may be processed by automated or semi-automated means but will not be used to
make a decision which is based solely on such processing (including profiling) and which produces
legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.
We have no intention of transferring your personal data to a third country or international
organisation.
The LinkedIn platform is managed by a third party that is not affiliated with us and for whose acts
and omissions we are not responsible. We encourage you to read the relevant regulations issued by
the LinkedIn platform/service administrator. We point out that we are not responsible for the way
the LinkedIn platform administrator manages your data.
Your powers
The detailed scope of your rights is contained in Chapter III of the GDPR, "Rights of the data
subject". You may exercise the said rights at any time, under the terms of the applicable
legislation, and in particular you have the right to:
• request access to your Data;
• to request the rectification of your Data;
• request erasure of your Data (except as expressly indicated in the GDPR);
• request the restriction of the processing of your Data;
• object to the processing of your Data if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
• to request the portability of your Data if the processing takes place on the basis of Article
6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and is carried out by automated means;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• insofar as processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, to withdraw
consent at any time - note such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried
out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
